About the Scholarship

The scholarship program is administered through the AGC of Ohio Education Foundation,Inc. The Foundation is a nonprofit organization designed to promote the construction industry by providing scholarships to students interested in pursuing careers in construction.  The Education Foundation was formed in 1999, and awarded its first scholarships in 2000.

All applicants must be a U.S. citizen, have a 2.5 minimum GPA (out of 4.0), and an undergraduate in at least the second year of a 2-year, 4-year or 5-year degree program during the academic year.

2010 Scholarship Recipient

The AGC West Central Ohio is pleased to announce Travis Klosterman was awarded its 2010 Annual $1000 Scholarship.

Travis is a Senior attending the University of Toledo studying Construction Engineering Technology.  Following graduation, he plans to seek employment in the Miami Valley area.  The scholarship program is administered through the AGC of Ohio Education Foundation.  In 2010, the Foundation awarded $21,000 in total scholarships.

Congrats to Zachary (Zach) Rossman who received the 2009 AGC West Central Ohio Division $1000 Scholarship.  He is a junior at the University of Cincinnati studying Construction Management.
