The Ohio Plasterers and Cement Masons will host the Great Lakes Apprenticeship Competition at the Ohio State Fair on Wednesday-Thursday, July 27-28th. The Awards Dinner & Banquet will follow on Friday, July 29th at the Embassy Suites, Columbus, OH.
Currently, a dozen competitors are working to practice their skills for the event. Logan Rowe, a second year apprentice with the Dayton Cement Masons #132 Program, will participate in the competition. Good luck to Logan and Glen Jones, OPCMIA LU #132, who is working to prepare the young apprentice.
